Now, I know this is not your job, but are them people in billing retarded? Canceling the service?! LOL. I wanted tu buy and addon domain and they couldn’t process my card, which, btw, is still good for another few thousands, oh, and this is the card on file, that I used in order to pay for my TWO year package.

Sorry, it’s just almost seven in the morning and I can’t sleep because of a tooth ache, so I’m just rambling, I’ll phone them and give them some shit, it always works
