gentoo and realplayer emerge issues solved.

So when you do something like the following

emerge -av realplayer
These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

and you get that same error, there is a fix. You just need to download the source by hand like so.

# cd /usr/portage/distfiles
# wget –no-check-certificate https://helixcommunity.org/download.php/1589/RealPlayer-10.0.6.776-20050915.i586.rpm

Should be all set to then emerge realplayer.
