Once again, not the most exciting post to date, but at least it is a post for the challenge. A couple of days ago, I used my food saver to seal a bag of pork ribs with some garlic and herb marinate.
I have decided, for the most part, to become only a Monday through Friday blogger in these 100 days of blogging challenge. Not that I don’t want to blog during the weekends, but I often just don’t have ample time, though I know that is an excuse as I find time during the week… I guess in the end I don’t want to be tied to the computer on the weekends especially when I have so many other things that I can do,
I have been making my own pasta noodles for a while now and decided I should give a go at homemade meatballs. I have tried a couple of different meatball recipes but it has not turned out exactly as I had hoped.
Over the weekend I did a bit of research and compared various meatball recipes and with that information, I frankensteined a recipe of my own, though of course did not take a picture which I really need to get better about doing.
I had previously written about how I have been witness to the Bacon shortage of 2020, but apparently there is now also a graham cracker shortage… graham crackers must be the new toilet paper that people are stocking upon.
