Losing some weight…

Well part of my New Years resolution was to start losing some weight. So far I have dropped about 10lbs. I really haven’t done too much except that I have started to eat a bit better, less snacking and picked up walking more.  I also started to take a daily Multi Vitamin, Hydroxycut and Milk Thistle. I am hoping the Milk Thistle will help with the damage I have done over the years to my live.  I also started drinking more water and I haven’t really been drinking that much Coke anymore. When I do drink it I have been sticking with Diet Coke. I just need to bring myself to actually get to the gym once and a while now.
